The Opportunity

As a key member of our collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of projects from initial concept through to successful completion. This role is perfect for a motivated professional with 3-5 years of industry experience who is passionate about creating high-quality, impactful landscapes.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Driving projects from inception to completion with a high level of autonomy.

Preparing comprehensive design documentation, including detailed planting, material, and construction plans.

Liaising directly with clients, consultants, and local government authorities.

Conducting site analysis and providing on-site support to ensure design integrity.

Utilising your expertise in the full project lifecycle to deliver outstanding results.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

A relevant degree in Landscape Architecture.

Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar role with a proven track record of managing projects.

A high level of proficiency in AutoCAD.

Competent and efficient use of the Adobe Creative Suite.

Graphic communication of a proficient level using both digital and hand-drawn formats to convey design ideas, concepts and documentation.

An understanding of NSW planning instruments and design standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.

A proactive and meticulous approach with a keen eye for detail.
