Key responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the design and documentation of diverse landscape architecture projects

Coordinate project programs, deliverables and budgets across varying scales and sectors

Prepare project reports, proposals, and design outputs with a high level of quality and accuracy

Guide and mentor graduate and junior team members, promoting efficiency and development

Collaborate with co-consultants, local authorities, and clients throughout the design process

Participate in internal design reviews and actively contribute to studio culture and leadership

Skills and experience

Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture

6+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture

Strong design and documentation experience across public domain and strategic projects

Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Adobe Suite and rendering tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage small teams, prioritise client outcomes, and meet deadlines

A collaborative, flexible approach with attention to detail and commitment to design quality
