We’re a dynamic and growing landscaping company based in Sydney, specialising in residential and commercial landscaping, pool construction, and light civil works. We take pride in delivering high-quality outdoor spaces and are looking for a skilled tradesman to join our team.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is passionate about landscape construction. You’ll be involved in a wide range of exciting projects, from high-end residential gardens to commercial landscaping and pool builds.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reading and interpreting plans and drawings

Site set out & establishment, concreting, paving, carpentry, retaining walls, block work, planting, and other hands-on construction tasks

Operating machinery and power tools safely and effectively

Maintaining a clean and organised job site

Providing excellent customer service and communicating clearly with clients

About You

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced individual who wants to grow their career in a supportive and ambitious team.

You will have:

Previous experience in landscaping, building, or related construction trades

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

A high level of attention to detail and pride in your work

A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take on added responsibility

The ability to thrive in a physical, outdoor role

A qualification in Landscape Construction (preferred but not essential)

A valid driver’s licence & white card (machinery tickets are a bonus)
