About the Role

Sapphire Coast Buslines is seeking an Operations Officer to join our Bega Satellite Depot. This role combines daily driving duties with operational and depot support, helping ensure our bus services run safely and efficiently.

You’ll drive a regular afternoon shift, assist with IT and compliance tasks, and carry out practical duties such as refuelling, cleaning, and moving buses. With stable weekday hours, you’ll play a key role in supporting safe and reliable community transport.

Key Responsibilities

Drive a daily afternoon bus shift.

Assist with depot operations, IT, and safety compliance.

Clean, refuel, and move buses as required.

Support drivers and contribute to smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills

Current Bus Driver Authority (DA) and MR+ licence essential.

Strong IT skills with confidence in cloud-based systems.

Understanding of WHS principles and compliance requirements.

A flexible, hands-on attitude with a focus on safety and teamwork.
