Now, they’re looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of the Queensland market.

The role

This isn’t a “sit back and manage accounts” type of job. You’ll be out in front of customers – manufacturers, facilities managers, logistics operators, government departments, and more – identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving new business. There’s also a strong focus on developing existing accounts into long-term partnerships.

You’ll be supported by technical specialists and service teams, but the commercial outcomes will rest with you.

What you’ll be doing

Growing revenue across Queensland through a mix of new and existing clients

Understanding customer operations and tailoring the right cleaning solutions

Running presentations, site visits and product demonstrations

Working closely with distributors and channel partners

Keeping an eye on the competition and feeding market insights back to the business

What we’re looking for

We’re open on background – you may have worked in capital equipment, industrial products, facilities management or even something completely different. What matters most is:

Strong business development experience and a proven ability to win new accounts

A consultative sales style – you can listen, problem-solve and sell value

Comfort presenting to all levels of stakeholders, from site supervisors to procurement managers

A bit of resilience – this market can be competitive, and persistence is key

On Offer

Starting base salary of $95k - $110k

Super at 12%
