About Us:
My Support My Way is a registered NDIS service provider in South Australia. We provide support to the individuals those who have multiple disability (Mental Health/ Challenging behaviour/ emotional regulation in common).
Our clients also benefit from our mature approach to disability service provision through our Quality and Safeguarding Team which is responsible for driving a culture of industry best practice and compliance within the organisation, setting us apart from our competitors. The team provides specialist NDIS, psychological and legal compliance advice and support to our staff, managers, team leaders and support workers, ensuring that our clients best interest are at the centre of everything we do at all times and our service delivery is of the highest standards.
Our highly trained, person-centered team is equipped with the necessary resources to fulfil our client’s needs seamlessly. From the initial onboarding process to the delivery of our services, clients have a designated point of contact, ensuring continuity and personalised assistance at every step.

About the Role
As a HR Manager, you will:
Lead and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and compliance.
Champion a culture of inclusivity, wellbeing, and continuous improvement activities such as auditing and risk management across the organisation.
Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies that align with organisational goals.
Support managers and staff through coaching, advice, and innovative HR solutions.
Drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives, ensuring all team members feel valued and heard.
Ensure policies and procedures comply with current legislation and reflect best practice.
Promote and facilitate a safe and supportive work environment for all employees.
Embody and promote the organisation’s commitment to working without judgement and with compassion and respect.
Create and oversee sustainable return-to-work programs, while actively coaching leaders and collaborating with health professionals.
Industrial & Legislative Compliance - Ensure business practices comply with industrial instruments and employment law through proactive guidance and oversight
About You
We are looking for a people-first leader who brings both strategic insight and a hands-on, empathetic approach to HR Management. The ideal candidate will have:
Appropriate tertiary qualifications, a minimum of a Certificate IV, Diploma, Degree in HR or other applicable post-graduate qualification in an associated discipline.
Significant experience in HR leadership, preferably within the not-for-profit, or community services sectors.
Demonstrated experience across all human resources activity functions and proven experience in leading a team of HR professionals.
A sound knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation, including in the context of an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.
Excellent people skills suitable for clients and staff at all levels.
Experience in change management, continuous improvement & auditing, organisational development, and supporting staff through periods of transformation.
A deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusive workplace practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive problem-solving abilities, integrity, and a commitment to ethical practice.
An ability to lead with empathy, inspire trust, and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
Proficiency in HRIS (preferably Workday) and advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office 365.
A current Australian Driver's Licence
Must hold a current Working with Children Check
Must hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Be able to Provide a National Police Check (No more than 3 Months old)
Highly Desirable:
Experience managing HR functions for a multi-site or mobile workforce
Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and workforce capability frameworks
Experience with HRIS implementation or optimisation
