About the role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Gaming/Bar Attendant to join our team at the Ferntree Gully Bowling Club. This is a casual position based at our club located in Ferntree Gully VIC 3156.

What you'll be doing

Providing excellent customer service to our members and guests.

Ensuring the gaming machines are functioning correctly and addressing any issues that arise

Monitoring gaming activity and cash handling procedures to maintain compliance

Accurately recording data and completing required documentation

Assisting with general club operations as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a gaming or customer service role within the hospitality and tourism industry, preferably in a gaming environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately monitor and record data

Flexible and adaptable approach to working casual hours, including evenings and weekends

Applicant must have a current RSA/RSG.

Current VIC Gaming Licence will be an additional bonus.
