You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming facilities. Longbeach RSL Gaming Attendant

Greeting and assisting customers with gaming enquiries and transactions

Monitoring gaming machines and other gaming equipment to ensure proper functioning

Handling cash and maintaining accurate records of gaming activity

Maintaining a clean and well-organised gaming area

Adhering to all responsible gambling regulations and internal policies

Providing exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all patrons

What we are after

Experience in a customer service or gaming-related role, ideally in the hospitality or gaming industry

Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Familiarity with gaming equipment and procedures

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

Commitment to upholding gaming regulations and internal policies

Flexible and adaptable to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Must have an RSG, RSA and Gaming Licence
