About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, energetic, proactive and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our foundational salesforce and drive growth across Victoria. You'll target key specialists, leveraging both your industry experience and entrepreneurial flair to chase down leads, build strong relationships, and open new doors.
This role offers autonomy, challenge, and the chance to make a significant impact, with future opportunities available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisitions between specialist clinics and the Ace Speciality
Proactively identify, pursue, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Build strong relationships with specialists across multiple sectors with a key focus on Gastroenterologists & Rheumatologists patients with specialised conditions.
Execute on the sales strategy and achieve KPIs and territory sales targets.
Deliver high-quality presentations about the company's offerings, services and value propositions.
Maintain accurate and timely call notes and interactions via CRM and follow-ups with Drs.
Represent the company at events, conferences, and external meetings.
Collaborate with marketing, operations and leadership teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Provide on-the-ground market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback.
Embrace technology and automation tools to work smart, stay efficient, and maximise impact.
Provide feedback and insights to help shape and refine ongoing processes and support the broader sales strategy and innovative ways to expand our offerings through your gained customer intelligence.
What We're Looking For
Existing relationships with Rheumatologists and Gastroenterologists specialists.
Strong network of relationships with Rheumatologists and Gastroenterologists is essential.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales
Specialty pharmaceutical sales experience is required.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently and chase opportunities.
Self-motivated, goal-driven with confidence to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
High energy, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with CRM systems and tech-enabled sales tools.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within VIC.
Minimum 3 years proven experience in pharmaceutical sales
Permanent residency or valid work rights in Australia
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
