Residential – Onslow or Remote Opportunity | Full time
Annual package range $135,449.60 to $142,500.80 includes annual allowances (conditions apply) + 6 Weeks Leave + Super Matching Scheme.
Starting salary is negotiable, dependent on skills and experience.
Shire provided accommodation and a relocation package may be available to eligible candidates for this role.

About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator Planning & Lands to join our team—based either in Onslow or through a remote working arrangement.
In this role, you will lead the Shire's planning and land services, ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks and alignment with our strategic priorities. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing development applications, manage land transactions and mining tenement referrals, and contribute to the development of planning policies and land management processes.
You will also provide leadership to a small team, offering guidance and support to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across the organisation.

For remote candidates, quarterly site visits will be fully funded.
