This position is ideal for a qualified bricklayer or carpenter with a WA Building Practitioner’s Licence who is ready to step into supervision while still being hands-on. This role offers a flexible 3-day work week — perfect if you’re looking for balance while developing your career in construction management.

Responsibilities- Supervise and assist with daily site operations on custom homes - Work alongside trades and step in hands-on where needed - Support scheduling of trades and suppliers - Monitor site safety, quality, and compliance - Communicate with clients, trades, and the office team

About You- Trade background in bricklaying or carpentry - Current WA Building Practitioner’s Licence Hands-on, practical approach - Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow into a senior supervision role- Strong communicator who enjoys working with a small, close-knit team
