Role - Major Loss & Commercial Supervisor Perth
Join their Perth team & manage the end to end delivery of complex and major loss insurance (residential & commercial) repair/rebuild projects.

Duties

• Review each project in depth to determine deliverables, schedules & cost estimates
• Negotiate & draft contracts, obtain required permits, communicate with consultants, manage and grow relationships in the region
• Engage, schedule & coordinate trades to complete projects to time & budget
• Forward plan & develop contingencies to mitigate delays, analyse & manage risk related to WHS
• Be supported by an extensive internal team, ensuring your success

Experience

To be successful in securing this exciting role you will either

• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in building and very keen to learn OR
• be an experienced general construction supervisor or project manager OR
• have insurance repair supervising experience

• ideally Microsoft office experience with ability to learn user friendly systems including mobile apps
