We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, skilled Data Entry Team Lead with attention to detail. As a high-volume dry lab we need someone who’s not only up for the challenge but thrives in the chaos.

What you’ll do:

Manage daily tasks and priorities for the day

Audit jobs received from suppliers and provide feedback

Operating computer applications, such as Timestone and other data base software, to enter, record, edit and/or save data

Ability to work within established routines and guidelines

Complete all requirements of each job accurately & time efficiently

Quality check work (internal and external) to ensure accuracy and consistency

Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues

Ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced production environment

Maintain organised records of completed jobs and feedback provided

Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure standards are met

Experience with ‘Timestone’ software is desirable but all necessary training will be provided to ensure you can hit the ground running
