Velflex is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch and Product Quality Team Lead to help us deliver top-quality products to our customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Quality checking finished transfers

Operating the guillotine

Packing and dispatching orders using our freight systems

Updating our production management system

Assisting with digital printing tasks as needed

Weeding heat transfers

Providing general assistance in the warehouse and dispatch

Providing Leadership in your department

What We’re Looking For:

Positive attitude and a “can-do” mindset

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Knowledge of printing, garments, or fabrics (a bonus but not essential)

Keen attention to detail and high standards for quality

Reliability, efficiency, and ability to multitask

Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic

Flexibility to work extra hours on short notice when needed

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Basic computer skills
