We are looking for a passionate and proactive Sales Assistant to join our growing team in the pet industry. You will be supporting the sales team across various functions while gaining exposure to real-world business and customer engagement experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team with customer communication, lead follow-ups, and sales documentation.

Assist in market research and help identify new business opportunities, channels, and trends.

Coordinate with international sales agents and distributors, maintaining timely and professional communication.

Prepare and manage sales materials, price lists, product info, and promotional content.

Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and trade shows (both in-person and online).

Handle customer inquiries, product knowledge questions, and assist in order processing.

Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and account updates.

Work closely with marketing to align product messaging and outreach activities.
