Our Australian manufacturing facility based in Regency Park, Adelaide, South Australia is looking for a Junior Sales Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks

Maintain customer records and update CRM systems

Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and invoices

Schedule client meetings and support account management

Support the wider team and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth sales operations

About You:

A passion for sales and a can-do attitude with a willingness to learn

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities

Confident approach with strong levels of personal presentation

Excellent computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems

Minimum 1 year experience in admin or customer service is favourable but not essential
