About the Role

You’ll step into a warm desk focused on permanent Business Support roles like:

Customer Service and Call Centre staff

Base salary $85K–$100K package (based on experience)

Quarterly commissions up to 40%

What We’re Looking For

Experience running a 360 recruitment desk

Ideally a background in business support, office support or professional services recruitment

Great relationship-building and client management skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
