FP&A Manager

This role is an excellent opening for a high achieving FPA/Commercial Finance professional to take on a new challenge in establishing best practice in this evolving organisation.

The Role

Reporting into the GM Finance/CFO, you'll look to maintain and build best practice FP&A processes across the division as well as assist in group initiatives. You will manage a small and closely knit team.

Partnering closely with senior stakeholders your remit will include budgeting, forecasting, P&L review, financial modelling, and commercial analysis, providing commercial support to department heads, monitoring key performance metrics and other ad hoc analysis.

The Successful Candidate

• At least five years of experience across FP&A/Commercial finance/corporate finance within a complex global business
• Corporate finance training- or training with a big 4 / mid-tier accounting firm
• Outstanding financial modelling capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record in leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team.
