What you’ll be doing:
Lead Group performance reporting – deliver high-quality insights, ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements.
Partner with divisional finance & business teams – analyse trends, highlight risks and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable insights.
Engage senior stakeholders – shape reporting and dashboards that evolve with business needs, driving smarter decision-making.
Champion improvement & leadership – enhance reporting processes, data quality, and mentor analysts to lift team capability
About You
CA or CPA qualified with a background in Financial Services
Proven experience within the Insurance division
8+ years’ experience in financial planning & analysis or commercial finance roles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders
