The Role
As FP&A Manager, you will lead the planning, budgeting, forecasting and board reporting process while delivering timely, accurate management reporting. You will partner closely with senior executives and business leaders to provide forward-looking analysis, financial modelling and insights to support key strategic and operational decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the preparation of monthly management reports and board packs
• Deliver accurate and insightful financial analysis, highlighting performance trends and drivers
• Oversee annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate opportunities, risks, and investment decisions
• Enhance reporting tools, systems, and processes to enable data-driven decision making
• Lead and mentor a small, capable team

About You
We’re looking for a driven finance professional with strong technical and commercial acumen, ideally gained in general insurance or reinsurance. You’ll bring:

• CPA or CA qualification
• Proven experience in management reporting, financial planning, and analysis within the general/reinsurance sectors
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability
• Ability to balance hands-on delivery with leadership of a small team
• An interest in working in a growth-focused organisation where you can make an impact
