This is a permanent position offering the chance to oversee multiple high-spec builds across the Perth metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of multi unit projects
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and timelines to meet build schedules
• Maintain the highest safety, quality, and compliance standards on site
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Drive project delivery while upholding premium finish standards

What You'll Bring:

• Demonstrated experience supervising double or triple-storey & multi unit builds in WA
• Strong knowledge of WA building codes, regulations, and safety practices
• Proven ability to coordinate trades and manage multiple stakeholders
• Problem-solving capability and resilience under pressure
• Perth-based experience with full Australian working rights
