Join a new, government-owned childcare & kinder centre at Wedderburn College, opening in 2026. Located 1hr NW of Bendigo, this 90-place, purpose-built centre offers childcare and kinder, with pre-prep to come. Up to $10k relocation + $4k bonus for Dec 2025 start. Full/part-time roles.

About the role
Early Childhood Educators will help deliver high-quality education using evidence-based practice. They’ll assist in planning programs, track children’s progress, and support their social, emotional, and cognitive development

Duties

• Support Room Leader to create a nurturing, compliant learning environment
• Manage workload independently within scope of qualifications
• Reflect on practice to improve teaching and learning outcomes
• Design inviting spaces that spark learning and interaction
• Foster respectful relationships to support each child’s development and wellbeing

Skills & Experience

• Hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
• Thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
• Commit to creating positive outcomes for the local community
