Administration Officer – Builder’s Division

We’re now seeking a motivated Administration Officer to join our Builder’s Division. This role is crucial in supporting our administration team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering outstanding service to our builder clients.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

Data entry from builder’s plans to generate quotes and sales orders.

Preparing quotes, invoices, and purchase orders for builders.

Answering phones, assisting with queries, and liaising with customers.

Managing a high volume of paperwork and processing tasks.

Supporting process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who is not only organised but thrives on juggling competing priorities. The ideal candidate will have:

Above average computer skills (Outlook, databases, electronic filing).

Above average typing speed with strong accuracy.

An eye for detail and the ability to work with numbers/calculations and do take-offs from builders plans.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills – comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A proactive, hard-working attitude with clear work ethic.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Previous administration experience (an advantage, but not essential).

Willingness to learn and take on challenges.
