The Opportunity: Experienced Lead Educator & Responsible Person

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
• Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
• Location: Shailer Park
• Compensation: Up to $43 per hour + super

Your Responsibilities

• Lead your team in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs
• Step into the Responsible Person role when required, ensuring compliance and smooth daily operations
• Ensure the highest standards of children’s health, safety, and well-being
• Inspire a love of learning through meaningful, play-based experiences
• Mentor, guide, and support fellow educators in their practice
• Build strong and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or higher)
• Proven experience in a Lead Educator role
• Confidence and readiness to step into the Responsible Person role
• Current QLD Blue Card
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a collaborative team spirit
• Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles, nutrition, and sustainable practices

About Us Hyperdome Early Education Centre is located in Commercial Drive, Shailer Park, just a 5-minute walk from the Hyperdome Shopping Centre. We proudly care for up to 169 children each day and offer an exciting range of programs, including swimming lessons, music and movement, and language opportunities. We are also passionate about sustainability and explore these practices with the children in our care.
