The role:
As our Client Care Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our clinics run smoothly and our patients feel supported. You’ll work full time hours per week across 5 days at both our Sandringham, and Maroubra locations.
We require a someone who is flexible in working at either location and is available before/after school hours.
Your key responsibilities:
Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and in person.
Efficiently managing appointment schedules.
Accurately handling and filing clinical documents with attention to detail.
Processing payments with professionalism and accuracy.
Following up outstanding invoices.
Building strong relationships with patients and their families.
Maintaining strict patient confidentiality and adhering to clinic policies.
Supporting therapists with resource preparation, keeping the clinic well-organised and ready for action.
Implementing clinic policies and procedures.
Ready to make the magic happen?
Proven experience in a customer care role, in an education/healthcare setting.
A high level of professionalism in communicating with clients and colleagues.
Commitment to confidentiality.
Strong skills in Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.).
The ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively manage your time.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
A vibrant, energetic personality that thrives in a fast paced environment.
Permanent Australian residency.
Availability before/after school hours.
Eligibility for a Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Bonus Points For:
Knowledge of private health and Medicare claims.
Familiarity with NDIS processes.
A current CPR certificate or willingness to obtain one.
Experience in the early childhood/education sector.
