About us
Hands on Fire Protection have been in business for over 26 years. We are a family operated business looking for an office assistant to help with the everyday running of our busy business. Must be confident with phone calls and able to chase outstanding monies. The ideal applicant should be switched on and be able to work unsupervised once trained.
Qualifications & experience
MYOB knowledge would be an advantage.
Confident computer and phone skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
Data Entry, typing quotes, organising technician runs, day to day upkeep of office.
Client contact, office administration and adhoc tasks.
Following up on outstanding tasks and contacting customers when required.
Bank reconciliation, chasing overdue invoices, entering purchases.
Benefits
Minimum 35 hours per week required based on site in our Prestons office.

Training provided on internal systems.
