Role Description

This is a contract role with full-time hours as a Real Estate Trainer & Assessor located in the Greater Sydney Area. The role involves delivering world-class education, facilitating training sessions, assessing student performance, and providing feedback to support their development in the real estate industry.

Skills & Qualifications

Hold a Cert IV TAE that meets credential requirements of the Standards 2025.

Have appropriate subject knowledge, skills and hold - at minimum - a CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

Hold a Certificate of Registration or hold a Real Estate Agent’s Licence in NSW (Class 1 or 2).

Desirable, but not essential: hold a CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management)

Have a minimum of three years post-qualification experience in Real Estate industry that ended no more than 5 years ago

Experience in Real Estate Training and Assessment

Experience in delivering interactive and engaging courses

Strong communication and feedback skills

Ability to facilitate learning in a collaborative environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology

Comfortable and experienced with online format delivery (virtual classroom and self-paced).
