Are you passionate about safety, skilled in emergency response, and confident in training others? We're looking for a qualified First Aid & Confined Space Trainer and Assessor to join our growing team and help us deliver high-quality, nationally recognised training that makes a real difference.

Your role will involve face to face training with both theory and practical components utilising our on site training simulators as well as conducting customised training to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver nationally accredited First Aid and Confined Space Entry training in accordance with RTO standards.

Assess students in both theory and practical components.

Maintain training materials and ensure compliance with current legislation and best practices.

Provide a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Conduct pre-course briefings including LLND assessments.

Assist in the development of training programs and resources where required.

Maintain accurate and timely student records and assessments.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116, TAE40110 or TAE40122).

Current First Aid and CPR qualifications

Confined Space Entry qualifications

Demonstrated experience delivering and assessing competency-based training.

Strong knowledge of relevant WHS legislation and industry best practices.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

RTO compliance and knowledge

Valid Driver’s Licence.

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience working in industries (construction, mining, utilities, etc.).

Ability to deliver other safety-related courses (e.g., Working at Heights, Fire Safety).

Familiarity with LLND functions and delivery
