I am recruiting 2x immediate DevSecOps/Automation Engineers for a longterm Defence project which is open to the Sydney & Canberra market! We are supporting a leading consulting firm with their direct client requirements:

Active NV2

Immediate start

Canberra or Sydney

12 month contract + 2x12 month extensions

Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Strong Defence engineering background

Minimum of 10 years experience with DevOps / DevSecOps

Ansible development + kubernetes/terraform

Gitlab, Jenkins, Git

Strong hands on expeirence with Linux system admin

Desirable if you have knowledge of ADF deployed environments

Desirable if you have strong knowledge applying cyber security controls

Automation Monitoring Engineer

Design implement and maintain monitoring solutions using ELK across on prem and cloud environments

Minimum 7-8 years experience monitoring Defence infrastructure/systems

Strong hands-on experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats)

Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python, Shell), Linux admin & common monitoring protocols

Good knowledge of Linux servers & virtual systems in hyper-converged infrastructure across distributed environments
