The Opportunity

We are expanding our Cyber Security and DevSecOps teams and are seeking professionals to join us in permanent, full-time roles across several key specialisations. These roles offer competitive salaries, structured career development, and the chance to work on projects of national significance.

We are recruiting for:

• Cyber Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analysts – $170–$185K
• Cyber Security Engineer / Architect – $180–$190K
• Identity & Access Management Engineers / Architects – $180–$190K
• DevSecOps Engineers – $120–$130K

Key Responsibilities

Cyber GRC Analysts

• Develop and deliver Security Documentation Packs (SSPs, CMPs, IRPs, SRMPs).
• Manage the Authority to Operate (ATO) process in consultation with Defence Cyber.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate cyber security risks.
• Ensure compliance with ISM, Essential 8 and Defence Security Principles Framework.

Cyber Security Engineers / Architects

• Lead and assure secure solution designs.
• Provide practical advice on secure-by-design and secure-by-default methods.
• Verify alignment with Defence frameworks and secure cloud patterns.
• Evaluate and assure architectural documentation and security compliance.

Identity & Access Management Engineers / Architects

• Design and implement IAM solutions (Entra ID, Active Directory).
• Develop IGA and PIM/PAM solutions for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
• Support strategic transition from legacy to cloud-native platforms.
• Review and assure design documentation, mentor junior engineers.

DevSecOps Engineers

• Design, build, and automate secure ICT systems and pipelines.
• Implement ISM-aligned security controls.
• Build and maintain cloud and network environments.
• Write build guides and provide technical support.

To Be Successful, You Will Need

• Strong expertise in your chosen discipline (GRC, Cyber Architecture, IAM, or DevSecOps).
• Hands-on experience with Defence or enterprise-scale cyber environments.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ISM, Essential 8, and secure-by-design practices.
• Cloud platform certifications or experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) highly desirable.
• Australian Citizenship and an active security clearance (NV1 or above).
