About the role
An exciting opportunity to engage in a large-scale S/4 HANA ERP transformation program as a Change Management Advisor. This is a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension, based in either Brisbane or Perth.
In this role, you will lead change management initiatives within the Procurement workstream, driving business readiness and employee engagement across complex global operations.
Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and executing tailored change management plans for Procurement
• Conducting impact assessments and gap analyses
• Supporting stakeholder engagement and communications
• Delivering training and capability-building initiatives

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in organisational change management within large, complex programs
• Strong background in ERP / SAP Change management
• Experience in Procurement processes like Source-to-Contract, P2P, Accounts Payable highly regarded
• Prosci or ACMP or equivalent certification
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Change Management, or related field
• Experience in mining sector will be nice to have
