You will work closely with Change Managers, project leads, technical teams, and vendor partners to ensure training is embedded within the broader business readiness approach.

Description

• Develop and manage a comprehensive training strategy for SAP SuccessFactors and associated modules.
• Lead the training delivery structure, including recruitment and coordination of training personnel.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate training with system configuration and user experience.
• Deliver tailored training programs for each HCMS release, including early-phase projects like Teacher Relief (TR).
• Ensure training content reflects system functionality and is customized to the Department's context.
• Monitor training effectiveness and support post-implementation enablement

Profile

A successful Training Manager should have:

• Extensive experience in SAP-based transformations, especially SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HCM processes and change management principles.
• Ability to translate complex systems into clear learning experiences.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Adaptability in dynamic environments and experience with Change Champion networks.
