Planet Smoothie has been serving amazing smoothies in the US since 1995, and now that we’ve landed here in Australia, we’re ready to present exciting new opportunities to all the blended drink junkies out there.

Planet Smoothie Australia is 100% locally owned and operated, and we’re all about real fruit. We know how delicious it tastes when blended with your choice of add-ins and blast supplements, so we’re ready to create the perfect smoothie suited to your tastes and lifestyle. But smoothie-making is an art, and we need the right staff help us make our awesome smoothies.

Are you our next Chief Operator?

We’re putting out a call to the universe for an amazing full-time Chief Operator (Kiosk Manager). We need someone who can motivate the team so they’re giving 100% customer service to everyone, while also developing them to be the best weekend and weekday Smooth Operators possible.

Victoria has the first EVER Planet Smoothies to open on Australian shores, so we’re looking for an extra special team to help grow and develop our brand, while also helping recruit and train the right people to join the business.

So, what are we looking for in our Chief Operator?

Store Management or Team Leader experience in retail or hospitality is essential – we need you to be ground control.

Experience achieving sales targets, KPI’s, and maximising profit.

Willingness to promote your business via social media and local events by being the face of your business – keep those communication channels open and transmitting the Planet Smoothie message.

Proven ability to manage rosters, undertake stocktakes and order stock to suitable levels.

Ability to recruit, train and develop our Smooth Operators – they need to be primed for their mission.

Available for weekdays/weekends as per business requirements
