We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Personal Assistant to support the founder of Charcoal Clothing, one of Australia’s fastest-growing women’s fashion brands. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) based in Brisbane, with flexibility for the right person.

This is a great opportunity to step into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You’ll keep daily operations on track, act as a conduit between the founder and wider team, and gain exposure to the inner workings of a modern fashion business.

About the Role

Stay on top of emails and correspondence, flagging priorities and keeping the founder informed.

Track and follow up invoices, bills, and payments.

Provide daily or weekly rundowns of what needs attention.

Assist with reconciling accounts in Xero.

Act as a bridge between the founder and the team, supporting clear communication and alignment.

Roll up your sleeves on ad hoc admin tasks to keep things running smoothly.

About You

Solid experience in administration or personal assistant roles.

Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail.

Friendly, confident communicator with a can-do attitude.

Comfortable juggling competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Skilled in email and calendar management.

Familiarity with Xero or accounting systems is an advantage.

Adaptable, resilient, and motivated by working as part of a high-performing team.

Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
