About the Role

As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll provide daily living support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will:
✅ Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobility
✅ Support residents’ emotional and social needs
✅ Maintain accurate care documentation
✅ Collaborate with the clinical and lifestyle teams to enhance resident experiences

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support (or equivalent)
🔹 A current National Police Check
🔹 A caring and respectful approach towards residents
🔹 Strong communication and teamwork skills
🔹 A positive and enthusiastic attitude
