Living with a rare form of Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy and a wheelchair user herself, Belinda brings exceptional insight and empathy to her care model—setting a high personal standard that ensures excellence for all who work for her

We are currently seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and capable female Disability Personal Care Assistants to join Belinda’s personal support team.

🧡 Key Responsibilities

Personal Care Support Assist Belinda with showering, dressing, toileting, and accompanying her to physiotherapy, swimming, and other health-related programs.

Household & Domestic Duties Cleaning, ironing, meal preparation, shopping, and occasional event hospitality/catering.

Sleepovers and Personal Care at night.

✅ What We're Looking For

Experience in disability support or studying to be an EN or RN but not essential – a positive attitude and willingness to learn is key!

Cert III in Individual Support or relevant qualification (desirable)

Excellent English Comprehension, written and verbal communication, reliability, and a mature, independent work ethic

Confidence with household duties and personal care tasks

Holds a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Current First Aid Certificate/NDIS Worker Screening

Shifts required

Overnights 8pm to 8.30am (sleepover)

Days 7.30AM TO 11.30AM 7am- to 1.30pm

1pm -8pm or 6pm to 8pm

Wheelchair management

Personal care techniques

Physiotherapy and positioning routines

Accessible vehicle operation
