Your Role
As Front Office Duty Manager, you’ll be the face of the hotel during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and creating a welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the front office team to deliver seamless check-in/out and guest services.
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
Maintain high standards of presentation, safety, and service.
Act as the senior leader on duty, managing escalations and emergencies.
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in front office or guest services, ideally in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and digital check-in tools.
