What You Need
Current QLD Real Estate Sales Certificate
Minimum 12 months of residential sales experience
Proven ability to list, negotiate, and sell
Results-driven, ambitious mindset
Strong communicator with a passion for people
Own vehicle and valid QLD driver’s license
Tiered Commission-based role with unlimited earning potential
