Key Responsibilities

• Administer contracts across full trade scope, not just isolated packages.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontractor agreements.
• Track project costs, variations, and progress claims.
• Support PMs and SMs with compliance, reporting, and consultant liaison.

What You Bring

• Experience as a CA on $5-$20m institutional or civic projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, financial tracking, and procurement.
• Proven track record in schools, small government buildings, or aged care.
• Clear communication and organisational skills, with ISO/IMS familiarity an advantage.
