Service & Workshop Technician

We’re looking for a hands-on tradesperson to take over the running of our workshop and support our field teams. This is a hybrid role that will keep you busy both at our HQ and out on site.

The role involves looking after our workshop, running equipment and tools to our technicians, carrying out repairs and maintenance on gear, and jumping in to assist on projects when required. It suits someone with a trade background who enjoys variety, problem solving and taking ownership of their space.

What you’ll get here is not the usual factory or warehouse grind. The work is varied, you’ll be involved in different jobs and activities every week, and you won’t be pigeon-holed into one repetitive task. You’ll be relied on by our tight-knit team, where everyone backs each other and there’s no workplace politics. You’re not just a number — your input matters and you’ll see the results of what you do every day.

To be successful you’ll need:
- A trade qualification or strong trade background
- Practical skills across tools, equipment and general maintenance
- Good understanding of technology and warehousing
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- Current driver’s licence
