The Opportunity
We’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our Counter Sales team. Whether you’re already experienced or looking to build your skills in a hands-on, customer-focused environment, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with ongoing support and training.

Your Role Will Include:

Assisting customers with over-the-counter sales and technical product advice

Manufacturing hose and fitting assemblies to customer specifications

Processing orders efficiently and accurately

Supporting hydraulic system component repairs

Helping manage inventory and stock

Building strong, lasting relationships with our customers

Following WH&S procedures and upholding company safety standards

Maintaining quality assurance processes and upholding ethical standards

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Previous experience in industrial/hydraulic hose assembly is a plus, but not essential – we provide full in-house training

Trade qualifications and/or fluid power experience are highly regarded

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a willingness to learn

Availability to work overtime when required

Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm, customer-first approach

A team player mindset, with the confidence to also work independently
