Caravan Fix is one of Australia’s leading specialist repairers in the recreational vehicle (RV) industry. We’re proudly family-owned and operated, with a national footprint across QLD, NSW, VIC and SA. We have availability in Adelaide and are seeking experienced tradespeople or caravan repair technicians to join our well-equipped and professional workshop.

🔧 About the Role

This is a hands-on, full-time position ideal for someone who brings existing technical skills to the table – whether from the automotive, marine, panel beating, cabinetry, or caravan sectors.

You’ll be responsible for:

Insurance and warranty repairs on caravans and motorhomes

Fibreglass, panel, and bodywork repairs

Cabinetry repairs, installations, and custom modifications

Fitting accessories, awnings, and completing structural adjustments

Occasional site work and pre-delivery inspections

Working within a clean, organised and safety-first environment

🧰 Who We’re Looking For

This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for technicians with experience who take pride in delivering a high standard of work and can work autonomously or in a team.

You’ll bring:

Proven experience in hands-on trade work (caravan, automotive, marine, cabinetry, fibreglass or similar)

A strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Ability to follow job cards, work instructions, and complete quality work without cutting corners

Good communication skills

Current driver's licence (required)
