The role

CW Education Group is seeking a talented and experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team in Fremantle, Western Australia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vocational training and assessment in the areas of Cookery and Patisserie.

Key responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging, student-centred training programs in Cookery and Patisserie

Conduct thorough and accurate assessments to evaluate student competency and progress

Provide individualised support and guidance to students to ensure their success

Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and assessment tools

Maintain accurate student records and comply with all regulatory requirements

Participate in professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

Relevant vocational qualifications in Cookery and/or Patisserie

Demonstrated experience as a Trainer and Assessor in the vocational education sector

Strong teaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a student-focused approach

Proficient in the use of learning management systems and other educational technologies

A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for vocational education
