SMYL Community Services is a not-for-profit community-based organisation seeking applications from experienced trainers for the delivery of the SEE Program.

A position currently exists in Kalgoorlie for an experienced trainer and assessor delivering a range of training which may include Business and Community Services. The successful applicant will be delivering Language, Literacy and Numeracy skills.

Essential - Applicants must or be willing to posses:

A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment including TAELLN114 & TAEDES502 units.

Highly Desirable - Applicants should also possess or be willing to gain:

A Certificate in Community Services & or Business, at least to Level II

A recognised undergraduate degree of at least 3 years duration.

Current working knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.

Proven ability to develop, design and implement individual learning programs and assessment strategies and materials.

Highly developed analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills; and

Current Working with Children check, National Police Clearance and driver’s licence.
