Our client, a well-established carpentry company based in Perth's northern suburbs, is looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join their growing team. With projects ranging from residential renovations through to large-scale commercial builds, this role offers variety, stability, and the chance to work with a supportive, family-oriented business for a temporary to permanent position.

The Role:
You'll be responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates across a wide range of carpentry works, from wall and roof framing through to decking, cladding, balustrading, and detailed finishing work. You'll liaise closely with builders, suppliers, and site teams to keep quotes realistic and achievable, using industry software such as Buildxact and Buildertrend.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous estimating experience in construction/carpentry
• Strong ability to break down scopes and quantities
• High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
• Confidence using estimating/job management software (Buildxact / Buildertrend highly desirable)
• Clear communication skills to work with trades, suppliers, and clients
• Ability to pass a full medical/DAS
• Australian Driver's License
• Construction White Card or willing to obtain
