We are seeking a highly organised Administrator to join our team. You will have clear and concise communication, and have the capability to ensure the output of work is accurate and done so in a timely manner.
This role is based in Karratha with DIDO to site (Cape Lambert) Mon-Fri working up to 12 hours per day. Once project is completed, we have an office in Gap Ridge. As this is a Projects based team, the project requirements and rosters change, therefore the next location could be DIDO on a longer roster.
We would consider a quality FIFO applicant from Perth on a 2:1 roster as a second option.
Role responsibilities include:
- Coordination of flights and accommodation for a team of 20 plus
- Site access requests for subcontractors, visitors and short term workers
- Entering and checking timesheets and leave requests
- Reconciling and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly data or as directed by Project Managers
- Ad hoc duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed by Supervisors onsite including maintaining cleanliness of the site office and facilities
- Assisting with logistics of people and plant
- Maintaining Quals register and HSE Systems records
Successful candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Rio Tinto Inducted (Advantage)
- Experience with RTTMS and INX Software
- Strong Administrative experience with managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work up to 12 hour days on a remote work site
- Recent experience within a Site Administrator position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Procore timesheet system (desirable)
- Sense of humour with the ability to work within a small team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a high level of attention to detail
