We’re on the lookout for experienced and enthusiastic Senior Front of House staff to help lead our team and elevate the customer experience.
We have an opening for a permanent full-time role, minimum 38 per week.
***Must be available to work Tuesday to Friday evenings (5pm to close) and Saturday & Sunday all day (12pm to close)***
Working closely with, and reporting directly to, management you will be required to uphold and enhance standards across the venue and the FoH team, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

Opening our doors in Thomastown 4 years ago, we are a dynamic casual and family friendly dine-in and take-away restaurant with a fully licenced bar and dedicated function / private dining space. We offer lunch and dinner 6 days a week, and we are growing fast!

About You:
· Strong all-round FoH and problem-solving skills
· Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner for creating memorable diner experiences
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar leadership role
· Well-presented and punctual with a solid work ethic
· Interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are second to none: you know how to lead a team to inspire top-tier service
· Able to work under pressure during fast-paced service periods
· Attention to detail, exceptional time management, and highly organised with the ability to multi-task
· A passion for people is a must, supported by a willingness to learn about BBQ in depth as per internal training packages
· Applicants must hold a current, valid Victorian RSA
· Food Handling certification – or willingness to obtain – is essential
· Barista experience is an advantage
About the Role:
Welcoming and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner
Providing prompt and courteous service including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and processing payments
Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, adhering to company policies in-line with health and safety standards
Inventory stocktake and ordering
Liaising with kitchen team as needed (including specials and items out of stock) and collaborating with all colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Responding to any customer queries or concerns(including complaints and refunds) to ensure our guests receive attentive and efficient service throughout their visit
