The Role
Provides confidential, efficient and effective administrative support to the Office of the Commission at professional level.
Prepares and collates high level correspondence, including agendas, papers and meeting minutes.
Establishes and maintains positive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior officials and industry representatives.
Assists with key project activities including researching, analysing, and collating information, coordinating submissions, reports, presentations, speeches, briefings and responding to Executive requests.
Coordinates events/activities across the Directorate on behalf of the General Manager.
Maintains the Commission email box, responds, records and manages all correspondence on behalf of the Office of the Commission.
