Are you a skilled Planner ready to make an impact in a secure and dynamic environment? Join Ventia on our Defence Maintenance contract, where your expertise will help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities across Defence sites
• Manage work orders, parts requisitions, and performance reporting via MILIS / SAP
• Liaise with internal teams and Defence clients to meet operational needs
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in planning processes
• Support SHEQ excellence and contribute to a safe, high-performing culture

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in planning/scheduling in a maintenance environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and MILIS (desirable)
• Australian Citizenship (required for Defence clearance)
