Customer Support Specialist — Superannuation (Fintech)

Join a small, high-performing team with a fintech in Sydney. You’ll be the first point of contact for our superannuation members, with exposure to managed investments and US Investing.

💼 What you’ll be doing:

Helping members via email, chat & phone with friendly, accurate support

Handling super queries: contributions, rollovers, insurance, account changes & compliance

Supporting customers across Super & US Investing products

Managing feedback & complaints with care, closing the loop on issues

Logging insights and partnering with Product, Risk & Compliance to improve the experience

Meeting quality, accuracy and response-time KPIs

🎯 What we’re looking for:

2+ years in superannuation customer support or super fund operations

2–3 years total in B2C support/customer success (or similar)

CRM & live chat proficiency; strong written & verbal communication

Solid understanding of super regulations & member processes

Nice to have: RG146, life insurance & investments exposure

Empathy, initiative, attention to detail and strong compliance awareness
